We just came back from a stay at hotel and had a great time. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room very clean, beds very comfortable and our view on the 10th floor was great looked at the lake and in the back ground epcot . The breakfast buffet was great. I'm now planning my 5th spring vacation there at this hotel. Staff provide excellent service, awesome nightly view, and walking distance to many great places to eat and of course, Cirque du Soleil and the Downtown Disney Marketplace. Great choice!

I first visited Florida in October 2003, again in September 2008. I am now planning my next visit in January 2012. All three of my visits my accomodation will have been at the Lake Buena Vista Resort Hotel. I think it is a fantastic hotel with friendley, polite and helpfull staff.

This Hotel is WONDERFUL its nice and clean and the staff is so friendly and polite and the manager(Mike)is AWESOME!!!! I am a local but I love staying here when my family and I wanna have a blast and just get away for the weekend!! Thanks to the manager and staff for all the hard work you all do!
