Guests must be 18 years of age to book a hotel room and provide
proper identification upon check-in.
Deposits & Cancellation Policy
Hotel Deposit Requirements:
Equal to one night’s room and tax charged at time of booking.
Hotel Taxes
Lake Buena Vista Resort Hotel will include certain applicable
taxes to be collected each night of a guest’s stay. These
taxes are included as a percentage of the room charge.
• Florida State Sales Tax 6.5%
• Orange County Occupancy Tax 6%
Total Tax 12.5%
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy for Lake Buena Vista Resort Hotel near
Orlando will be one night’s room and tax if reservation
is canceled within *3 days of arrival.
*Special Restrictions may apply during holidays and special events.
PLEASE NOTE: Deposits are forfeited if guest checks out of the
hotel prior to the check-out date during holidays and special
events dates.

- From Orlando International Airport: Take the Beachline Expressway
(Rt. 528) West to I-4. Take I-4 West to
Exit #68. Make a right off of the exit. Got to the next light
and turn left onto Hotel Plaza Boulevard. We are
the first hotel on the right.
