The Best Western Lake Buena Vista in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort has introduced three new all-inclusive meeting packages. Created as an easy and money-saving option for planners and their groups, package prices begin as low as $32 per person including tax and gratuity.

The Antigua Package includes meeting room rental, continental breakfast and jibboom break (assorted cookies, sodas, milk, coffee and herbal teas). The package price is $32 per person.

The Ko Ko Mo Package includes meeting room rental, full American breakfast buffet, Caribbean lunch buffet (assorted panini-style sandwiches, potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad, pickles, potato chips, sodas, coffee, herbal teas, and dessert), and afternoon break with assorted sodas, coffee, and teas. The package price is $46 per person.

The Key West Package includes meeting room rental, a tortuga breakfast (bacon, egg, and cheese croissants or bagel, fresh fruit, sodas, coffee, and herbal teas), deli board lunch buffet (assorted sliced lunch meats, cheeses, pasta salad, coleslaw, potato salad, tossed greens with vinaigrette and ranch dressing, sodas, coffee, herbal teas and dessert) and dorado beach break (assorted ice cream bars, candy bars, sodas, coffee and herbal teas). The package price is $52.30 per person.

The Best Western’s Florida Keys Conference Center, which totals 2,300 square feet of meeting space, can accommodate most small meetings up to 100 and banquets up to 150.
