I want to say thank you. The event was a total success. Your hotel staff was great and I really enjoyed working with Adrian and Jose. Please let them know that it was a pleasure to have worked with them Saturday. I am sorry about the misunderstanding of the soda's, I thought we had put that in but I just revised the BEO and it was not added. But Adrian managed and made it happen. Niki came in and made sure that everything was running okay and she enjoyed my decorations and how I had arranged everything. Please kudos to the Chef, food was DELICIOUS, rice, beans, pork, plaintains, chicken (was a little dry) but everyone enjoyed the food. The family was very please with their accomodations and how everything was set up for their daugher 15th party. I am looking forward to coordinate other events with you and your company.

On July 18th we booked your venue for our parents golden anniversary, and we were tremendously pleased with the service by your staff, especially Ms. Stefanie Jackson. After reflecting on the event, we are unanimous that Ms. Jackson and her team gave us customer service far greater than today’s lower standards. They delivered good ol’ customer satisfaction at the higher level of yesteryears.
From the beginning, Ms. Jackson was pleasant and courteous. As you can imagine, organizing even a joyful event such as this can be stressful, and we had the additional challenge of planning it from out of state. No matter what questions or concerns we might have brought to her, she maintained supportive and professional.
Then she displayed an integrity that has become too rare in these times. After we decided to book your venue and made a verbal agreement on terms, we had a month before the anniversary to sign the paperwork and make the deposit. Two days before that deadline, another customer with deposit at the ready attempted to swipe our reservation. But Ms. Jackson honored her agreement with us, was forthcoming about the competition we had for the space we wanted, and insisted on giving us our fair chance to deliver the paperwork and deposit.
On the day of the event, Ms. Jackson was front and center, offering to help every step of the way. No task was to menial for her. She even assisted us in decorating the Topper’s Room, something we know that is far beyond the scope of her obligations to us.
We were quite pleased with the package we received, and Ms. Jackson even referred us to several vendors who offered the same quality of customer service that she provides. Vows are Forever, for example, executed a beautiful ceremony that no one in attendance will ever forget. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect ritual to celebrate our parents’ union, and Rev. and Mrs. Ciola came to us via Ms. Jackson. Our guests continue to rave about the event a month later. They were impressed with the food, the room and all the other amenities.
As for our parents, well, they couldn't have been happier. Your staff went the extra mile to prepare their suite and make them feel welcomed. We could not miss the immense pride they took in their work. Some of the ladies had tears in their eyes for my mother as if they personally knew her. We were all moved by their uninhibited expression of joy, and further confirmed for us what we suspected from the start -- the Lake Buena Vista hotel was the best place to bring our family together to celebrate this momentous occasion.
We thank you and your staff, and most of all, Ms. Jackson for your integral role in making our parents' vow renewal ceremony exactly what it should have been -- an unforgettable affair for our entire family.
